I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to CG Auto Garage.Special thanks to Kim,you are my SUPER HERO. I was directed there by my car dealership, who were also not very cooperative. Although the overall journey was stressful and emotional, CG Auto Garage truly made a difference. From the moment I dropped off my car, their communication was clear and reassuring. They explained the process and kept me informed. Even when there was a no show up from warranty garage, they kept my car safe and handled everything with professionalism and care. When I returned, after l didn't get any feedback from my warranty company either,l was so drained and emotional,they took me in, with love,care and compassion, kindness, supportive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen and made sure everything was sorted properly. I asked them to fix my car bypass the warranty company,they were so quick and efficient and even went an extra mile,to ensure l claimed what was owed to me.Still in the process. Thank you so much to the team at CG Auto Garage—you were exactly what I needed during a difficult time. I truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and support. I can’t thank you enough. Took my car to this garage through AA for a major service and a MOT. It failed due to emissions and the woman on the phone said “that’s what happens when you tell the MOT tester you’ve had a DPF delete”. For one, I’ve never spoken to the tester and second I’ve only had this car a few weeks and had no idea the DPF had gone (how would I? I’m not a mechanic). Then booked the major service and when I got the car back it still had lights on the dash to say a number of things needed doing. Rang them for them to say they’ve changed oil filter and another thing which all in all sounded like a normal service to me- not a major one. When questioning this the guy on the phone was super rude. Not to mention this whole past 2 days I’ve had to ring for multiple updates as had no clue what was going on. They also did the MOT before the service, which wouldn’t it be common sense to do the service first as emissions may have improved after that? All in all, I don’t recommended this place at all, no updates, rubbish communication. I also said I’d pick the car back up as I don’t want them messing with it any longer- I’ll take it somewhere else to finish the work. Then get a voicemail saying “the car is being dropped off and he’ll be 30mins” even though I said I’d pick it up and so I had to stop my plans for the day and rush home to be there to receive it. Absolutely ridiculous business. They also seem to gaslight everyone’s bad reviews. For clarification, I WAS told that it failed for the things they mentioned + no DPF so they’re response doesn’t line up with this. Also for the whole thing about “contact AA” I think you should give them a ring and ask them what was told because Everytime I rung them they had no clue and THEY TOLD ME to ring the garage for any updates instead hence why I did!!! AA even tried to ring the garage a couple times themselves whilst I was on hold with them however the garage wasn’t answering the phone so that’s not my problem. When simply asking what was included in the major service - the garage didn’t want to tell us and said they couldn’t discuss the list over the phone and to contact the AA (which I did and still no response so I’ve still no clue as to what actually got done). This garage speaks to you like you’re a mechanic and you should know everything they’re doing and all the terms when that’s simply not possible. Cars been worse off since I got it back so I’ve taken it to a BETTER garage who give updates, are polite and tell me everything that needs to be done. And the car is finally fixed and running smooth (awaiting another retest which they said would now pass but running smooth.) looks like this garage couldn’t fix a simple emissions problem whilst another diagnosed it within 30 mins (for free I may add)! This garage tried to charge me £100 just to see what the problem was. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY

Amazing service from start to finish. Took my car in for a knocking noise on my back wheel Friday morning. Diagnosed in 30 minutes and fixed within 4 hours. Staff are all really friendly and even helped with another problem which I will definitely be going back to sort shortly. Kept well informed, great pricing and as female I felt well at ease. Would definitely recommend.
